Working with culture deserves all of our efforts in order to strengthen social tissue for future generations. When we talk about culture, we are referring to all the traits that its people share and that allows them to identify with one another as members through gastronomy, music, the crafts, oral history and/or collective memory.  Taking into consideration that the last decades have been those of political and social unrest in Colombia, to regenerate the social fabric means to take root in our traditions in the face of conflict. It is safe to say, that culture is the continuous process of updating historical memory and, at the same time, it is that which allows for many possibilities of expression, imagining, developing a sense of belonging and overcoming difficulties.
