Sergio was one of the first dreamers that the project counted with. Ever since he started working in innovation at CasaLuker, he saw in the Necocli Fino de Aroma farm a bigger potential than just its agronomical relevance.
Backed up by his cousin, Felipe Roman, they started working on what would turn out to be the first The Chocolate Dream project. Sergio dedicated himself to the project, forming the team that is making The Chocolate Dream a reality.
Day after day, he makes use of his multidisciplinary skillset to nurture the project so that one day it becomes replicable in other regions of Colombia. This is the core of the project, which is then complemented by novel and avant garde ideas.
Sergio used to fulfill the role of Director of Trade Marketing and work in innovation before committing himself full-time to directing The Chocolate Dream. Nowadays he is the B2B Marketing Manager at CasaLuker, and also supervises the development of the project.
